ATP-Mg^(2+)对缺血缺氧心肌保护作用的实验研究

摘要 用离体大鼠心脏灌流方法观察了ATP-Mg^(2+)等对缺血缺氧心脏再灌注后心功能的影响及超微结构变化。结果表明,ATP-Mg^(2+)对缺血缺氧心肌具有明显的保护效果,其作用与ATP-MgCl_2几乎相同;两者均优于单纯性ATP(ATP-2Na)。作者认为,ATP-Mg^(2+)是ATP-MgCl_2,心肌保护的有效成分。 The effect of ATP-Mg^(2+) on myocardial ischemia and reperfusions was evaluated by isolated rat heart preparations and compared with those of individually administered ATP-Mgcl_2 and ATP. The effect of ATP-Mg^(2+) on cardiac function and ultrastructure after cardiac ischemia repurfusions was observed. The results show that ATP-Mg^(2+) has a significant protective effect on cardiac ischemia reperfusions. The effect is simlliar to ATP-MgCI_2. These effects are both superior to that of ATP-2 Na. It is suggested that the effective element of ATP-MgCl_2 is ATP-Mg^(2+).
