摘要
报道在胰腺保存中采用ATP-MgCl_2-CollinasⅡ液作保存液的应用实验。实验大鼠分别用CollinesⅡ液与ATP-MgCl_2-CollinesⅡ液中作保存液,保存36小时行胰腺移植;受体存活48小时后处死,作胰组织ATP测定和细胞形态学观察。结果表明,ATF-MgCl_2-CollinesⅡ液较原Collines液更有助于保存细胞的能量,防止细胞水肿,提高供胰的质量,延长保存时间。
The application of ATF-MgCl_2-Collines Ⅱ solution in the preservation of pancreas was investigated.Experimental mice were divided into 3 groups:ATP control group, ATP-MgCl_2-Collines Ⅱ solution group and Collines Ⅱ solution group.Mice pancreatic tissues were preserved in the test solution for 36 hrs before use,The recipient mice were severed 48 hours after the transplantation.ATP content of the pancreatic tissure was determined and was found to be normal,yet still markedly higher than that in the Collines Ⅱ group,but not significantly different from that of the control group.Electron microscopic examination revealed slight damage of the ultrastructures of cells in the experimental group. ATP-MgCl_2-Collines Ⅱ solution is ideal so far as it is helpful in preserving cell energy, preventing edema,improving the quality of donor pancreas,and prolonging the time of preservation.
