摘要
在瑞典马尔默市西港新区开发中,风景园林设计从项目策划阶段就开始介入,并贯穿于整个规划设计过程,以利用可再生能源及可回收利用材料、低维护成本、栖息地指向的绿化设计、慢行系统设计及多设计师参与等诸多特点成为21世纪全球城市新区开发项目的典范。从以上方面介绍和分析该项目,试图对我国城市新区及居住区开发建设提供有益借鉴。
Landscape architecture was initiated at the early stage and was carried out in the whole planning and design process of Bo01 Eco-community in Western Harbor in Malmo,Sweden.With recycled landscape materials,low maintenance cost,biodiversity-oriented green system design,pedestrian network and bicycle lane system and the participation of designers,Bo01 Eco-community has been set up as an example of urban new district development in the 21st century.This article analyzed Bo01 Eco-community from different perspectives,which can be helpful for the development of new urban districts and residential areas in China.
