聚三亚甲基碳酸酯对孕二烯酮透过性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的考察聚三亚甲基碳酸酯对孕二烯酮的透过性,以期为避孕及其他埋植剂、透皮制剂的制备提供一定的参考依据。方法采用溶剂自然挥散法制备薄膜,双隔室静态小室法进行透过实验,紫外-可见分光光度法测定孕二烯酮的透过量。结果聚三亚甲基碳酸酯成膜性能良好,24 h孕二烯酮的透过量接近或大于4.425×10-6 g.cm-2。结论通过控制分子质量、剂型和载药面积,聚三亚甲基碳酸酯可作为降解型避孕药物控释系统的载体。 Objective To investigate the permeability of gestodene from polytrimethylene carbonate and consequently to provide a reference for the preparation of implants for contraception, other implants and transdermal preparations. Methods A natural solvent evaporation method was adopted for preparing the film, a double-compartment static chamber method was used for carrying out the permeability experiment, and a UV-visible absorbance method was used for measuring the permeating amount of gestodene. Results Polytri- methylene carbonate had a good film-forming property, and the amount of gestodene permeating from the film was close to or greater than 4. 425×10^-6g·cm^-2 after 24 hours permeability experiment. Conclusions By controlling molecular weight, formulation and drug-carrying area, polytdmethylene carbonate can be used as a carder of degradable controlled-release delivery system for contraceptive drugs.
