摘要
阐明青年编辑撰写文章困难的原因并寻求解决问题的方法。总结出《中国实用内科杂志》编辑部青年编辑投稿成功的经验是,理论联系实际,勤学多思,团队合作。
The authors present a solution to the problems and confusion that young editors frequently confront in their paper writing. We explore the successful cases of those young editors of Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine, and find three key issues that lead to successful paper writing, which are integrating theory with practice, being eager to learn with discreet thinking and cooperating of the team members.
