委内瑞拉北部平原迪阿铁路钢-混结合梁的制造与安装工艺方案 被引量:2

摘要 委内瑞拉北部平原铁路迪阿段的桥梁全部采用钢-混结合梁,综合国内外的施工现场调查,钢-混结合梁采用在国内工厂按设计图将钢箱梁制作成标准梁段或单元构件,运抵国外桥位拼装成整孔钢箱梁吊装就位,再现浇钢筋混凝土道砟槽板的制造与安装总体工艺方案。详细介绍了钢箱梁的工厂加工、组装、焊接、制孔等工艺及现场拼梁的工艺要点;制成的钢箱梁梁段或单元构件经工厂试拼装检验达到了标准、通用、互换性,满足设计及安装要求。 Bridges of Venezuela Tinaco-Anaco railway adopt steel-concrete composite beams. Based on the survey of the application of steel-concrete composite beams in domestic and foreign practice, the manufacture and installation procedures adopted were as follows: by blueprints the steel box beams were made into standard beam sections or unit components in Chinese factories, then assembled into a bridge after arriving at Venezuela, with reinforced concrete ballast channel plates casted on the site. This paper describes in detail about the processing, assembly, welding, perforation of the steel box beams etc. and other elements of installation technologies. The manufactured steel box beam sections or unit components met the design and installation requirements in terms of production standards, versatility, interchangeability afer test installation examination by factories.
