摘要
结合集包第二双线霸王河1号大桥小半径连续弯梁转体工程实践,介绍一种新的合龙段施工方法,合龙段采用预埋与梁体外形相同的钢壳,使后续的合龙段施工在封闭钢壳内进行,最大限度地减小了对既有铁路的影响;同时采用球铰设横向预偏心解决曲线梁偏载问题。
Combined with the project practice of small-radius continuous curved girder of the No. 1 Bawanghe Bridge on the second double-line of the Ji'ning-Baotou Railway, a new construction method for the closure segment of bridge is introduced in this paper. At the closure segment, there was an embedded steel shell with the same outline just as the girder body with, so that the follow-up construction at this closure segment was able to be carried out within the steel shell of a relatively closed space; therefore, the interference effect on those existing railway was able to be reduced to a considerable degree. At the same time, the pre-eccentricity between spherical hinge and pier was given so as to solve the problem of unbalanced load in the curved girder.
