摘要
目的总结Fuchs综合征并发白内障施行超声乳化吸出术的体会。方法12例（12眼）Fuchs综合征并发白内障施行超声乳化吸出术，术中采用连续环形撕囊、拦截劈核、后囊抛光等技术，囊袋内植入肝素化人工晶状体、均能顺利完成手术。结果患者术后视力除1眼外均有明显提高，术后3月视力（含矫正）≥0．5者11眼，占91．67％；≥1．0者8眼，占66．67％。1眼因眼底病变，视力改善不明显。无严重并发症发生。结论超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术治疗Fuchs综合征并发性白内障效果良好，安全可靠，术后反应轻，并发症少，是可行的手术方法。
Objective To analyze the treatment effect of phacoemulsification on Fuchs syndrome complicated with cataract. Methods Phacoemulsification and aspiration was performed on 12 patients （ 12 eyes） with Fuchs syndrome complicated with cataract. The technique of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis, stop-and-chop, polishing of the posterior capsule were used during phacoemulsification, heparinized intraocular lens were implanted in the capsular sac, the operations were finished successfully. Results The visual acuities of all eyes improved obviously except for 1 eye. 11 eyes （91.67%） attained corrected vision above O. 5 three months after the operation,8 eyes （66.67%） attained corrected vision above 1.0. The vision of 1 eye did not improve obviously due to fundus disease. No severe complication occurred. Conclusion The phacoemulsification and implantation of intraocular lens is effective and safe method for Fuchs syn- drome complicated cataract.
