摘要
目的探讨老年性白内障中采用不同术式治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月~2017年4月我院收治的80例老年性白内障患者(核分级3级以上)作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各40例。对照组患者采用超声乳化术进行治疗,观察组患者采用小切口囊外摘除术进行治疗。比较两组患者术后1周、1个月、3个月的视力恢复情况及术后并发症发生率。结果两组患者术后1周、1个月、3个月的视力恢复情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为5.00%,对照组为20.00%,观察组患者的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年性白内障治疗中选用小切口囊外摘除术,临床效果理想,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of different surgical procedures on senile cataract. Methods 80 cases of senile cataract patients （grade 3 and above） who treated from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as subjects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with phacoemulsification.The patients in the observation group were treated with small incision extracapsular surgery.After treatment intervention,the visual acuity of 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery and the incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery （P〉0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.00% in the observation group and 20.00% in the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of senile cataract with small incision extracapsular surgery,the clinical effect is satisfactory,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and is worthy of clinical promotion.
