摘要
目的探讨超声生物显微镜（UBM）在闭合性眼外伤诊断中的应用价值。方法对54例（54眼）闭合性眼外伤进行UBM检查，明确相应部位睫状体、前房角、晶状体的情况。结果54例闭合性眼外伤UBM均清晰地显示闭合性眼外伤Ⅱ区睫状体、前房角、晶状体等常规检查盲区的结构。结论UBM是活体检查闭合性眼外伤的无创性方法，对眼伤外的诊断和治疗有重要价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of UBM in closed ocular trauma. Methods UBM examination was performed on 54 eyes of 54 cases of closed ocular trauma, the status of ciliary body, angle of anterior chamber and lens were evaluated under the UBM. Results The UBM could provide clear image for the structure of ciliary body, angle of anterior chamber and lens in the part Ⅱ area of anterior segment in closed ocular trauma, which could not be showed exactly by routine examination. Conclusion UBM is a valuable and atraumatic examination for closed ocular trauma. There is important value for diagnosis and treatment of closed ocular trauma.
