摘要
目的:优化石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿中铅的各种检测条件。方法:石墨炉原子吸收光谱标准加入法。结果:对三种基体改进剂的优化选择及其加入量的选择,控制空白的低吸光度,检出限为1.13μg/L,选定石墨炉升温条件,优化石墨炉灰化及原子化温度,曲线相关系数为0.9991,加标回收率达95.4%~102.3%,RSD 3.27%。结论:本方法检出限低,灵敏度高,简便、快速、可靠地进行大批量尿铅的检测。
Objective: To optimize the factors in determination of lead in urine by GFAA.Methods:The standard addition method with Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were used in this determination.Results: An optimal one was selected from the three matrix-modifiers with appropriate dosage and control the low absorbance of the blank tube.The detection limit was 1.13 μg/L.The graphite furnace heating condition was selected to optimize the ashing and atomization temperature.The curve coefficient was 0.9991.The recovery was 95.4%~102.3%,RSD was 3.27%.Conclusion:This method can get the low detection limit,which is sensitive,simple,rapid and reliable for detecting large amount of lead in urine.
