摘要
本文使用超声雾化进样系统进样,建立了等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定罗非鱼中Ag、Cd、Co、Cr、Mn、Ni六种重金属的方法。对超声雾化器进样系统的仪器参数进行了优化,在最佳仪器条件下对微波消解的样品进行检测。结果表明,该方法线性相关系数好(R2在0.9993~0.9999),精密度好(RSD在0.31%~1.59%),准确度好,样品加标回收率范围为91.2%-113.7%。该方法具有分析速度快,操作简便,多元素同时测定等优点,应用于实际样品的测定,结果令人满意。
A method for the determination of Ag、Cd、Co、Cr、Mn、Ni by ICP-OES with ultrasonic nebulization were established in this study.The parameters of the ultrasonic nebulizer were studied for optimization.The tilapia samples by microwave digestion were detected under the optimal condition of detection.The results showed that the correlation coefficient,relative standard deviation and recovery of the method were 0.9993-0.9999,0.31%-1.59% and 91.2%-113.7%,respectively.This method have the advantages of quick analysis speed,simple operation and simultaneous analysis.The results was satisfied for practical samples using this method.
