自体嗅黏膜联合多细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展
摘要
细胞及组织移植修复脊髓损伤(SCI)是一种极具前景的治疗方法,目前研究的移植细胞有嗅鞘细胞(OECs)、雪旺细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、胚胎干细胞、脐血干细胞等,移植方法从单一细胞发展到多种细胞联合;修复环境和神经营养因子也有可能对受损神经修复起重要作用。本文就自体OECs联合多细胞移植治疗SCI作一综述。
