摘要
简述中风病中医临床疗效评价量表在量表内容、适用对象、适用范围、条目权重等方面临床应用的一些问题,提出在中医基础理论指导下,吸取西医量表的精华,引进现代临床科研技术及方法建立能确切反映中医药治疗中风优势和特色,具有较高信度、效度、反应度的中风病中医临床疗效评价量表,对完善动态评估中风病中医临床疗效评价体系具有深远的临床意义。
This article focuses on the main issues about the clinical application of Chinese traditional medicine efficacy evaluation scales of stroke with regard to their contents,applicable targets and weight of variables,et al.It is proposed by author that under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,drawing on the essence of Western scale and introducing modern clinical research technology and methods,development of Chinese traditional medicine efficacy evaluation scales of stroke,which can reflect the advantages and features of the treatment of Chinese traditional medicine on stroke with high reliability,validity and reaction,is of much significance to improve the accuracy of efficacy evaluation system using Chinese traditional medicine to treat stroke
