摘要
精准辨治是中医诊疗的法则,也是取得显著疗效的核心,智能诊疗是信息科技对于精准辨治的应用,是中医发展必然的趋势,也是传承创新的关键和难题。由于舌诊是高度体现中医理法意义的诊法,因此精准舌诊是解决精准辨证和标准疗效难题的重点,也是智能诊疗的依据,需要同道的合作以攻克难关,并随着信息科技的发展,通过精准辨治及智能诊疗的创新应用以达到完善。文章结合本项目精准施治等研究成果,对于中医精准辨治及智能诊疗的理法进行了初探。
Accurate differentiation and treatment are the principles of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the core of achieving significant efficacy.Artificial intelligence diagnosis and treatment are the applications of accurate differentiation and treatment from information technology,which will be the inevitable trend and both the key point and difficulty of TCM inheritance and innovation.Tongue diagnosis is a diagnostic method highly representing the principle of TCM method,accurate tongue diagnosis is the key point to solve the difficulty of accurate differentiation and treatment and efficacy standards,and will be the basis of artificial intelligence diagnosis and treatment,which requires the cooperation of fellow comrades to overcome difficulties,and optimization by innovative application of accurate differentiation and treatment with artificial intelligence diagnosis and treatment along with the development of information technology.Combined with the research of accurate treatment in this project,the method of accurate differentiation and treatment of TCM and artificial intelligence diagnosis and treatment were preliminarily discussed in this article.
