摘要
用响应面法(RSA)对辛烯基琥珀酸氧化甘薯淀粉酯(OSA-OSPS)的制备工艺参数进行优化。以氧化甘薯淀粉(OSPS)为原材料,采用水相法制备高取代度辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯。通过工艺优化,在OSA添加量5%、pH值为8.5、反应温度35℃、反应时间8h的条件下,可得到取代度(DS)为0.0219的氧化辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯。
The process parameters of OSA-OSPS preparation were optimized using response surface methodology (RSM) in this study. High degree of substituted OSA-OSPS was synthesized in aqueous suspension using the sweet potato starch oxidized by hypochloric acid as raw material. The optimal conditions were as followed: OSA 5%, pH value 8.5, reaction temperature 35℃ and reaction time 8h. Under these conditions, the degree of substituted OSA-OSPS was 0.0219.
