摘要
对栀子黄色素的相关提取因素进行了系统的研究,试验结果表明,栀子黄色素的最大吸收波长为440nm,采用水作为提取剂,4000r/min离心20min,离心温度4℃,采用正交试验确定浸提法的最佳工艺条件为提取料液比为1∶5,提取温度为60℃,浸提时间为30min。
The extraction conditions of gardenia yellow pig ment were studied. The results showed gardenia yellow pigment had its absorbance maximum at 440nm. When the centrifugation was conducted at 4000r/rain and 4℃ for 20rain, the optimal conditions for water extraction of gardenia yellow pigment were determined by orthogonal test as follows: the ratio of material to water 1 : 5, extraction temperature 60℃ and extraction time 30min.
