超声波辅助提取石榴花色素工艺研究

摘要 该文研究了石榴花中色素的超声波辅助提取技术,研究了超声波功率、提取时间、频率、料液比和提取次数对石榴花色素提取效率的影响。结果表明,石榴花色素超声波辅助提取最佳条件为功率80W,提取时间50min,频率80kHz,液料比1∶15,提取次数2次。在该最佳条件下,石榴花色素提取效率为95%。 The extraction process of pigment from pomegranate flower was studied in this paper. Some influencing factors including the ultrasonic frequency, extraction time, ultrasonic power, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times were investigated. The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: ultrasonic frequency 45kHz, extraction time 30min, ultrasonic power 80W, extraction times 3 and solid-liquid ratio 1:20. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction efficiency of pigment from pomegranate flower was 95%.
