摘要
目的探讨双腔支气管插管全麻复合硬膜外麻醉下行肺叶切除术的临床应用效果。方法选择2010年1月～12月择期开胸肺叶切除术患者282例,采用硬膜外穿刺后平卧行双腔支气管插管,观察术中术后的情况。结果 282例患者麻醉效果满意,手术及麻醉过程中血流动力学基本稳定,患者苏醒后无疼痛、烦躁等不适感。结论双腔支气管插管全麻复合硬膜外麻醉下行肺叶切除术疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective Discuss Of double - lumen bronchial intubation anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for lobeetomy clinical effect. Methods Select January 2010 to December elective thoraeotomy lobectomy in 282 patients,the use of epidural puncture supine line lumen bronchial intubation, intraoperative and postoperative situation. Results 282 cases of patient satisfaction with anesthesia, surgery and anesthesia during stable hemodynamics,the patient regained consciousness after no pain, irritability and other discomfort. Conclusion The double - lumen bronchial intubation anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for lobeetomy effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
