摘要
1983～1986年对水貂进行电刺激,阴道采精94头次,成功81次,成功率86.2％。测得公貂射精量为0.11±0.01毫升,精子密度10.70±2.99千万,精子活力0.716±0.021。研究制定水貂精液冷冻程序。冷冻24次,解冻后精子复苏率为83.7％。1985年用冻精按常规从阴道给母貂输精,产出2窝健康仔貂(共输5只),每窝产仔2.0±1.0只。
From 1983 to 1986,semen of minks were collected with electroejacu-lation and artificial. Eighty one ejaculats were obtained from 94 collection. The successful rate was 86.2 percent.
Semen volume, Sperm density and Sperm motility were 0.11 ± 0.01ml, 100.70±20.99 millions and 0.716 ± 0.021, respectively.Twenty four samples of semen were frozen. The resuscitation rate of the semen after thawing was 83.7 percent.
In 1985 five female minks were inseminated through the vagina with the frozen thawed semen by the conventional method. Two minks were pregnant and each gave birth of 2.0 ± 1.0 baby minks.
