摘要
目的 建立一种小鼠人工采精的方法,以便能够在同一鼠上重复采精,从而有效进行相关精子的试验。方法 比较3种不同的方法,即徒手法、假阴道抽吸法和电刺激法。结果 假阴道抽吸法和电刺激法采出有精子,两者采精成功率、平均精子量和精子活率均差异不显著;用同样的方法对相应的小鼠重复采精获得相同的效果;小鼠射精分4个阶段,各段精子含量有差异;徒手法没能采出精子。
Objective To establish a method of mouse artificial ejaculation for repeating collection of sperm from mice, which is carried out in many experiments with semen. Methods Three ways were compared including massage with hand (MH), artificial vagina pump (AVP) and electro-ejaculation (EJ). Results AVP and EJ could induce ejaculation, and their success rate, average semen quantity and motility showed no significant difference. Repeated tests got the same data. Mouse ejaculation was divided into four stages with different cell quantity. MH produced no ejaculation. Conclusion AVP and EJ were feasible ways for mouse ejaculation.
