摘要
以天全岩白菜为材料进行组织培养,研究聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、活性炭(AC)和赤霉素(GA_3)对岩白菜外植体去褐化的影响.结果表明:PVP,AC对岩白菜的褐化抑制效果较差,GA_3对岩白菜的褐化抑制效果较好.
In this experiment, Bergenia tianquanensis was used nylpyrrolidone (PVP) , Activated carbon ( AC ) and GA ( GA3 ) tested. The results showed that PVP and AC could restrain the as materials for tissue culture. The effects of polyvi- on leaf explants browning of B. tianquanensis were browning of the cuhules of B. tianquanensis,but the restraining of GA3 for browning was better.
