摘要
目的:探讨中药小儿定喘方剂治疗儿童哮喘时对T细胞功能的影响。方法:40例临床诊断为儿童哮喘的患儿选用中药小儿定喘方剂治疗,疗程1月,空腹取治疗前、后患儿的静脉血送检,应用流式细胞仪测定Th细胞的绝对值。比较治疗前、后二者的绝对值的比值。结果:40例哮喘儿童治疗前的Th细胞的绝对值为1842±105细胞/μl;治疗后的Th细胞的绝对值为2633±205细胞/μl。治疗前、后二者的Th细胞绝对值的比较,差异有显著性,P<0.01。结论:中药小儿定喘方剂治疗儿童哮喘的免疫机制之一可能是增强Th细胞的辅助诱导功能。
Objective：Objective To explore the changes of T—helper（Th） cell function in children with asthma treated with the Chinese medicine XIAO ER DING CHUAN formula.Methods：40 cases of children with asthma were treated with the Chinese medicine XIAO ER DING CHUAN formula for 1 month.Limosis intravenous blood were taken before and after treatment from each patient of the 40 cases,and then detected the absolute numbers of Th cells by flowcytometry.Results：The absolute numbers of Th cells pre—treatment and post—treatment with the Chinese medicine XIAO ER DING CHUAN formula were 1842±105/μl and 2633±205/μl respectively.The difference was significant（P0. 01）.Conclusions;The immunological mechanism of the Chinese medicine XIAO ER DING CHUAN formula to treat with children asthma was to enhance the help and revulsion function of Th cells.
