摘要
选矿废水经处理后回用成本高,若能在未进入废水处理站之前直接回用一部分,对降低废水处理成本、提高企业经济效益和减少对环境的影响具有重要意义。通过对某选矿厂各浮选作业点产出的选矿废水进行研究,采取分段直接回用的措施,充分回用部分废水,既保障选矿回收率不受影响,又减少产出最终废水量,降低废水处理成本,经济效益和环境效益显著。
It costs high to recycle and treat the waste water from the mineral processing,so it is important to directly recycle part of the waste water before it enters treatment station,which can reduce the treatment cost and negative impact on environment.Through research on the waste water from various sections of flotation process,the way of staged recycling is adopted to fully recover part of the waste water in order to reduce the waste water to be treated and lower the treatment cost without influencing the concentrate ecovery rate.By this way,remarkable economic profits and environmental benefits can be obtained.
