摘要
通过对某钼选厂污水产生情况和处理现状,提出利用工业废渣作为絮凝剂代替石灰,利用有机高分子絮凝剂作为助凝剂处理选矿废水的工艺,并对改造后的试运行的结果进行了评述。结果表明该工艺是可行的,不仅成本低,效果好,而且以废治废,解决了工业废渣难以处理的问题,经济效益、环境效益和社会效益十分显著。
In terms of the mechanism of wastewater formation and disposal status in molybdenum ore the new wastewater treatment process ,in which as the flocculating agents industrial residue were replaced for the lime and the organic polymeric flocculants were used as coagulant aids , was introduced . further the start-up(trial operation) was illustrated . the running test shows that the process was practicable with its lower cost and good results , the issue of industrial refuges were solved by means of waste recycle ,and the benefits of economy, environment and social are obvious respectively .
