摘要
企业作为生态补偿关系中的重要利益相关方,其责任的承担与否及承担尺度很大程度上关系到生态补偿政策的成败。受传统思维影响,企业长期以来将承担生态补偿责任视为其经济利益获得的障碍,而事实上,企业只要制定正确的生态战略,加上外部政府和社会组织的支持,就可以形成政府、企业、社会三位一体的可持续发展模式,实现经济发展与环境保护的双赢。
Enterprises are important relevant interest parties in ecological compensation. Whether the enterprises bear their responsibility or not, and the responsibility scale they bear matter much to the success of ecological compensation policies. Infected by traditional thinking, enterprises see taking ecological responsibility as the obstacles of getting economic interests. But actually, as long as they make proper ecological strategy, plus the support from government and social organizations, they can achieve a combined and sustainable development which will benefit government, the enterprises and the society, thus to realize a win-win situation for both economic development and environmental protection.
