摘要
为了培养全面发展的具有扎实医学知识和较强临床能力的儿科学专业学位研究生，上海交通大学医学院改进全日制儿科学专业学位硕士研究生培养方案，突出儿科学专业学位培养特色，将儿科学专业学位研究生培养和住院医师规范化培训相结合，使研究生在掌握临床科学研究基本方法的同时，达到卫生部颁发的《专科医师培训标准》中儿科及小儿外科医师培训细则要求（住院医师规范化培训第一阶段水平）。该方案自2010年起开始实施，尚有待于在实践中逐步完善。
To cultivate pediatric professional master degree candidates with strong medical knowledge and clinical skills, in Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine the training plan of full time pediatric professional master degree candidates was improved to highlight pediatrics training characteristics and conformed to the content of detailed rules and regulations of residency standardization training program in an effort to enable the postgraduates to acquire a good knowledge of basic approach of clinical science research and reach the first stage level of pediatrics and pediatric surgery residency standardization training. Since 2010, professional master degree candidates had been trained according to the new plan which will be perfected through practice.
