摘要 分析了目前脂肪酶运用于工业生产存在的问题,从添加剂、化学修饰、酶的固定化、非水相介质等方面具体阐述了提高脂肪酶活性、稳定性、选择性的方法,并对脂肪酶催化性能强化的研究方向进行了展望。 The problems of lipase used in current industrial production are briefly analyzed in this paper. The methods to enhance the lipase' s activity, stability and selectivity are introduced in detail from the aspects of additives, chemical modification, enzyme immobilization, non-aqueous solvents, and so on. The tendency of the enhancement of catalytic performance of lipase is proposed as well.
