摘要
随着城市化水平的不断提高,城市防灾问题日益突出。合理的防灾资源储备是提高城市综合防灾水平的关键。城市防灾资源体系主要包括人力资源、物资资源、时间资源、空间资源、城市生命线资源、技术资源以及思想和组织资源。
With the improvement of urbanization,urban disaster prevention problem is increasing.Reasonable disaster resources reserve is the key to improve the comprehensive urban disaster prevention level.Urban disaster prevention resource system mainly includes human resource,material resource,time resources,spatial resources,urban lifeline resources and technical resources and thoughts and organizational resources.
