摘要
利用AHP和关联度分析法,结合2010年湖南省城市建设相关资料,选取道路交通、源动力、给水排水、信息传播和生态环境5类子系统和22项评价指标对长株潭城市群生命线系统安全性进行综合评价.结果表明,生命线系统安全性优劣顺序依次为长沙市(0.999 8)、株洲市(0.637 4)和湘潭市(0.616 9),长沙市生命线系统处于比较安全的状态,株洲市和湘潭市都处于基本安全状态.因此,应合理实施城市生命线规划建设,维护城市灾时功能的运转,以保障城市的公共安全.
The lifeline security of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration was evaluated by using AHP and grey relational analysis, and combining the relevant information of urban construction of Hunan province in 2010 from five major categories and 22 sub-layer evaluation including road transportation, source power supply, water supply and drainage, information dissemination and the ecological environment. The results show that pros and cons of the correlation order of the lifeline system security, the first is Changsha (0.999 8 ), the second is Zhuzhou (0.637 4), and the last is Xiangtan (0.616 9). Changsha lifeline systems are in a relatively safe state, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are in basic security state. Therefore, in order to protect the city's public safety, we must plan and build a reasonable implementation of urban lifeline systems, maintain the city function operation when disaster happens.
