摘要
【目的】对显脉香茶菜的化学成分进行研究。【方法】采用现代色谱方法进行分离、纯化,通过现代波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。【结果】从显脉香茶菜中分离得到7个化合物,其结构鉴定分别为开展香茶菜戊素(effusanin E,1)、8β,13β-oxidoeperu-14-en-18-oic-acid(2)、香草酸(vanillic acid,3)、阿魏酸(fumalic acid,4)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,5)、木栓酮(friedelin,6)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,7)。【结论】化合物2~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Isodon nervosus(Hemsl) C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods and structurally elucidated by spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated from Isodon nervosus,and their structures were identified as effusanin E(1),8β,13β-oxidoeperu-14-en-18-oic-acid(2),vanillic acid(3),fumalic acid(4),caffeic acid(5),friedelin(6),and stigmasterol(7),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 2~7 are first obtained from Isodon nervosus.
