摘要
供应链核心企业素质和能力的高低,不仅影响供应链整体竞争力强弱,也影响各供应链之间的竞争优劣。由于现实众多供应链中核心企业核心竞争能力不强,尤其缺乏掌控整体供应链运作及操作能力。核心企业若要提升供应链整体效率,需从两个方面进行建设,一是努力提升核心企业具备的素质,二是提升掌控供应链整体战略层面及运作层面的能力。
Supply chain quality and capacity of the core enterprise level,not only affects the strength of the overall competitiveness of the supply chain,also influence the competition between the pros and cons.Because the reality of many core supply chain is not strong core competitiveness of enterprises,especially the lack of control over the overall supply chain and operational capability.To enhance the core business the overall efficiency of the supply chain is required for construction in two ways,first,to enhance the core business with the quality of the second is to enhance the overall control of the supply chain,strategic level and operational level of capability.
