摘要
研究以葛根为添加基质的灵芝发酵颗粒冲剂的加工工艺。正交实验结果表明:葛根添加量为6%时,灵芝最佳发酵条件为:转速150r/min、装液量160mL(500mL三角瓶)、接种量10%,发酵周期3d;以发酵菌体提取物、葛根异黄酮、麦芽糊精、蔗糖及柠檬酸等为原料,复配重量比为2:12:50:40:0.4,经调配、造粒、干燥、灭菌等工艺,制成气味、口感适宜的保健颗粒冲剂。
It was reported that processing technology for a granule on fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum with Pueraria ohwi.The results showed that the best conditions of fermentation as follows:inoculum 6%,liquid volum 160mL(in each 500mL flask),stirring speed 150r/min and fermentation period 3days;Good quality and tasteful granule could be obtained by adopting raw material ration of concentrated mycelium extract,isoflavones of Pueraria ohwi,maltodextrin,sugar and citric acid at 2:12:50:40:0.4,after deployment,granulation,drying,sterilization and other processes.
