老年2型糖尿病患者骨量改变与大血管病变的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对60岁以上2型糖尿病患者骨密度与大血管病变关系的分析,探讨骨量减低与大血管病变的关系。方法对83例老年2型糖尿病患者行双能X线骨密度仪测定腰椎、髋部的骨密度,并行颈部及双下肢动脉超声检测动脉内中膜厚度及斑块,根据骨密度分为骨量正常及骨量减低组,并对它们进行相关分析。结果骨量减低组大血管病变的发生率高于骨量正常组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者骨量改变与大血管病变有密切的关系。
