摘要
在微波辐射下,进行了以H_2O_2为氧化剂氧化对甲基苯磺酰胺合成对羧基苯磺酰胺的研究;采用正交实验考察了辐射功率、辐射时间、n(对甲基苯磺酰胺):n(H_2O_2)对对羧基苯磺酰胺收率的影响,并采用FTIR技术对产物的结构进行表征。实验结果表明,反应条件对对羧基苯磺酰胺收率影响显著性的顺序为:辐射功率>辐射时间>n(对甲基苯磺酰胺):n(H_2O_2);最佳的反应条件为:n(对甲基苯磺酰胺):n(H_2O_2)=1:2.2、辐射功率560 w、辐射时间7 min,在此条件下对羧基苯磺酰胺的收率可达67.5%以上,且最佳合成条件具有可再现性。
p-Carboxy-benzenesulfonamide was synthesized through oxidation reaction of p-toluene- sulfonamide with hydrogen peroxide under microwave irradiation. The effects of irradiation power, irradiation time and mole ratio of p-toluenesulfonamide to hydrogen peroxide on p-carboxybenzene- sulfonamide yield were studied by orthogonal experimental design. The product was characterized by means of FTIR.
