摘要
采用三步法合成标题化合物的重要中间作2-氯喹喔啉,即以邻硝基苯胺和双烯酮为起始原料经酰胺化。成环、还原和氯代制得2-氯喹喔啉,第三步的还原氯代由一步完成,其中三氯化磷既是氯化试剂又作还原剂。最后使中间体2-氯喹喔啉与苯磺酰胺在催化剂存在下缩合得到标题化合物。
A new methode for synthesis of 4-Amino- N - 2 - quinoxalinylbenzene Sulfonamide from the cheap 2 -nitroaniline and diketene ultilizing four reaction steps, i. e, amidation, ring formation , and deoxidation -chloration , has been developed. Fust, 2 - dlchloroquinoxaline has , been synthesized. In deoxidation - chloration reaction PCI3 was used as both deoxidation agent and chlorating agent. Last, condensation of 2 - dichloroquinoxaline with 4 - aminobenzene sulfonamide gave the title compound
