摘要
土库曼斯坦右岸气田高温、高压,高含CO2和H2S,属酸性气田,老井封存时间较长,管柱腐蚀严重,试气前的井筒风险评估直接影响到试气作业方式、作业参数的选择及测试工作的安全性。通过研究腐蚀工况,开展现场测井获取全井段腐蚀剖面及室内实验获取腐蚀深度的精确数据,将二者数据有机结合,建立了套管在严重腐蚀情况下剩余强度的测定及校正方法,提高了现场试气的安全性。
The right bank of Turkmenistan gas temperature,high pressure,high content of CO_2 and H2S,an acid gas,the old wells sealed a long time,string severe corrosion,the shaft before the test gas directly affect risk assessment practices to the test gas,the choice of operating parameters and test security.By studying the corrosion conditions,on-site well logs for all sections and indoor corrosion test section to obtain accurate data on the depth of corrosion,the combination of the two data,the establishment of a casing in the case of severe corrosion of the determination of residual strength and correction,improve the on-site test gas safety.
