摘要
介绍了灰靶的基本原理及灰靶构造,并通过应用实例着重探讨了在输油管道腐蚀研究中灰评估的基本方法、作用及效果.研究结果表明,灰靶方法可以通过灰等级的方式来客观地描述管道的腐蚀与防护状态。
The fundamental on grey target is introduced, and the target pattern of grey situation decision is used to evaluate and to classify the comprehensive corrosion and protection status of the underground petroleum pipeline. The result indicates that the pipeline can be protected perfectly as grey grade ≤2, and the pipeline runs the risk of corrosion invalidation as the grade ≥4. Four factorial weights acting corrosion and protection status of the pipeline are separately coating resistance 60.87% , cathodic protected potential 18. 84%, corrosion current density 11. 59% , pipe -earth potential 8. 70 % . The grey target method is useful for the preventive repair on pipelines.
