不同体位通气在急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用进展 被引量：5

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征（acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS）缺乏特效的治疗方法,目前仍采用以呼吸支持为基础的综合治疗。1976年,Piehl等首次报道将俯卧位通气用于ARDS的治疗。除俯卧位通气之外,人们还在尝试采用其他体位通气用于ARDS的治疗。现就俯卧位通气和侧卧位通气在ARDS患者中的应用进展作一综述。
