摘要
某汽车雨刮器臂在疲劳测试过程中出现断裂,发现断裂位置存在缩孔和气孔缺陷。借助铸造CAE软件对产品现有模具设计进行了模拟分析,发现缺陷产生的原因并提出对策。通过多次对模具方案的修改并模拟,得到最佳方案,并在模具上实施。经雨刮器臂疲劳测试验证,未再发生断裂,从而提高了产品品质。
There exist shrinkage hole and gas hole in crack location of a wiper arm head during fatigue testing.Mould design of the produced parts was analyzed by the help of CAE software.The origination of defects was presented,and countermeasures were provided.Optimized design was obtained through modifying mould and simulation to be implemented on the production.Absence of crack was observed through fatigue testing,improving the quality of product.
