Technology Optimization of High Press Die Cast Aluminum Alloy Cylinder Cover Based on Numerical Simulation Analysis

摘要 利用铸造模拟分析软件AnyCasting,对铝合金缸盖罩铸件进行凝固过程数值模拟,预测其在铸造过程中可能产生缺陷的类型,位置。对铸件需要螺纹加工的预铸孔部位产生缩孔缺陷的原因进行了分析,并对压铸模具进行反复修改和优化。模拟计算了多种改进措施,在铸件最后凝固部位增设冷却水管、增设补缩通道等,达到降低、消除或移除缩孔缺陷的目的。模拟结果表明,改进的工艺方案对缩孔缺陷有明显改善,有利于提高铸件质量。 Using AnyCasting casting simulation software,the solidification process of aluminum alloy cover was simulated.The defects of this casting were forecasted.At the key location,the reason of defect generation is analyzed,and the die casting mould is modified based on optimization.Several improved processes,aiming at reduce,eliminate or remove shrinkage defect,are simulated with software such as setting jet cooler at the last solidification area of casting,setting bridge for feeding etc.The result of simulation showed: the shrinkage defect was obviously improved by using modified process,and it is beneficial for improve the quality of casting.
