摘要
支座是重要承载零部件,对负载能力要求较高,铸件采用A354铝合金,需经T6热处理。本研究采用MAGMAsoft铸造模拟软件对挤压铸造的支座进行充型和凝固过程模拟,并根据挤压铸造过程的温降及缩孔收缩,得到符合生产要求的高强韧支座的挤压铸造工艺参数,并对该工艺参数进行了实际生产验证。
Support castings are important load-bearing parts, which require higher load-bearing capacity. A354 aluminum alloy is used for the castings, and T6 heat treatment is conducted for them. In this paper, the casting simulation software of MAGMAsoft was used to simulate the filling and solidification processes of the squeeze casting support parts. According to the temperature drop and shrinkage of the support parts during thesqueeze casting process, the technical parameters for making high strength high toughness support castings were obtAlned to meet the production requirements. Then the actual production verification of the process parameters was carried out.
