泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体分子流行病学研究进展 被引量:4

Progress in molecular epidemiology of genital Chlamydia trachomatis

摘要 泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)感染是一种常见的性传播疾病,除引起泌尿生殖道感染外,还是增加艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染的危险因素之一。生殖道沙眼衣原体感染严重危害人类健康,如何预防并控制其传播,已经成为重要的公共卫生问题。目前沙眼衣原体流行特点、发病危险因素、易感性及基因分型方法,是泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的分子流行病学研究的热点之一。该文对泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体的分子流行病学研究进展进行了综述,以期为今后的防治工作提供参考。 Genital Chlamydia trachomatis is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases , which is a cofactor in transmission of human immunodeficiency virus. How to control genital Chlamydia trachomatis has been an important public health problem throughout the world. The focus is on epidemiology and genotyping of genital Chlamydia trachomatis in recent years. This paper reviews the prevalence, characteristics and genotyping of Chlamydia trachomatis in recent years.
