摘要
以山西灵石隧道下穿采空区段为研究对象,通过有限元数值模拟分析得出隧道洞室的拱顶下沉和周边收敛值,并对隧道穿越采空区段部分采空区的应力,隧道洞室的拱顶沉降和周边收敛等进行监测。将实测结果和模拟值进行对比分析,结果表明,本文采用的最小安全厚度为7m的安全厚度计算模型是安全可靠且可行的,提出的浆砌片石墩柱、钢拱架支撑、超前小导管注浆、超前锚杆等措施相结合的采空区治理方案是可靠有效的,可为以后类似工程提供借鉴。
This study,based on Shanxi Lingshi tunnel through the goaf,applied the finite element numerical modeling technology to get the value of arch settlement and convergence around the tunnel cavern.In this part of the goaf,the stress,tunnel vault settlement and peripheral convergence were monitored and the measured results and simulated values were compared.The results show that in this paper the minimum safety thickness 7m for security thickness model is safe and feasible,proposed measures such as column from flake stone with mortar,steel arch skid support and advanced small catheter grouting,advanced anchor and so on are reliable and effective,which can serve as reference for similar projects.
