摘要
从组织教师充分讨论学科布局和空间调整、确定实验室公用房调整原则、完善公用房有偿使用管理制度、促进实验室资源的合理使用等几个方面,对高校实验室公用房的合理调整与管理进行了分析并提出改革建议。
The reasonable adjustment and management of public laboratories are important factors for training the high quality talented students, and making the high-level teaching achievements in scientific research for our country and society. This paper discusses the discipline layout and the space adjustment among most staff at the department, to determine adjustment principle of public laboratories and facilitate its charge and management methods. Moreover, this paper stimulates a positive thinking of public laboratory on factors of reasonable utilization.
