摘要
针对影响商业地产选址因素的复杂性和不确定性,综合运用灰色系统理论和模糊数学相结合的灰色模糊综合评价法对商业地产项目的选址方案进行综合评价。
According to the complexity and uncertainty of the factors which affect the sites selection of commercial real estate,the paper applies gray-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which involved gray system theory and fuzzy mathematics to the sites appraisal of commercial real estate projects.
