摘要
现有机构知识库服务难以满足科研用户的知识需求,应增强知识管理在机构知识库中的作用,并在此基础上构建基于知识管理的机构知识库服务体系,可有力提升机构知识库的服务水平,使机构知识库快速地从信息服务向知识服务迈进。
The existing institutional repository service is difficult to meet the knowledge need of scientific research users. However, enhancing the role of knowledge management in the institutional repository and on this basis constructing the institutional repository service system based on knowledge management can effectively improve the service level of the institutional repository, and make the institutional repository march forward quickly from information service to knowledge service.
