摘要 PBL教学模式与PLTL的教学理念具有高度的一致性,两者都是以合作学习理论为基础,重视能力培养。通过总结PBL+PLTL教学模式在南方医科大学第一临床医学院既往三届妇产科实习生临床培养阶段中的实施经验及具体措施,认为该教学模式对于医学生临床学习具有可行性,较单一模式在提高研究生临床思维考核及团队合作意识方面优势明显,值得提倡与推广。 PBL teaching mode and PLTL teaching philosophy had the same consistent.The basis of both were all cooperative learning and the emphasis were on capacity-building.By summarizing the experience and measures of PBL+PLTL teaching mode in stage of clinical training for students past three grades of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital.It was feasible for students during clinical study and had great advantages in improving the level of students' clinical thinking,theory and cooperative learning.So it should be advocated and spreaded.
