摘要
目的:建立一种以相似度评价与聚类分析相结合,并对不同产地花椒挥发油质量进行综合评价的方法。方法:本实验采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了22批不同产地花椒挥发油有效成分,通过GC法,以其指纹图谱为特征,进行聚类分析和相似度分析处理,对不同产地花椒的挥发油质量进行评价。结果:根据聚类分析及相似度分析处理结果,将花椒分为两类:优质花椒、非优质花椒。结论:研究所采用的评价方法简便、可靠、快捷,可用于花椒挥发油的质量评价。
Establish a method with the combination of cluster and similarity analyses to evaluate the quality of essential oil of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim in different production region of China comprehensively.Methords: Twenty-two batches of essential oil were extracted by steam distillation,then separated by gas chromatography.Results:The twenty-two batches of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim are classified to be the qualified and unqualified based on the results of cluster and similarity analyses.Conclusion : The method is simple and reliable and it is capable of effectively controlling the quality of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim.
