摘要
对糖果牛肉粒的工艺流程、技术操作要点、生产中质量控制方法及产品质量指标进行了研究,成功制作了糖果牛肉粒。
Technological process, technical operation key points, quality control in processing and quality indices were studied in this paper, and candy beef granule was developed successfully.
